The Wisconsin Union Outdoor Programs Office and Wisconsin Hoofers will partner together to create and sustain one of the premier collegiate outdoor programs in the country.

To promote safe, responsible, educational, and enjoyable outdoor adventures via the Wisconsin Hoofers.
To encourage our students to participate in club governance, instruction, and/or trip leading so they develop their leadership and interpersonal skills.
To provide quality advice to the Hoofer leadership and membership in order to help them make the best choices for their clubs.
To assist the club leaders in organizing quality instruction for our members.
To provide excellent customer service and to serve as a resource for the entire UW-Madison community.
